Launched in 2022 and produced annually with the World Bank and the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa (UNECA), it has quickly become a go-to reference on inclusive digital payments on the continent. Each edition highlights the landscape of inclusive instant payment systems, what still holds people back, and the opportunities to unlock broader financial inclusion.
